Manganese Oxalate is not oxidising

In accordance with column 2 of REACH annex VII, the oxidising properties study (required in section 7.13) does not need to be conducted as Manganese Oxalate is incapable of reacting exothermically with combustible materials on the basis of its chemical structure.

Justification for classification or non-classification

There are no chemical groups associated with oxidising properties present in the molecule. Thus, Manganese Oxalate is not subject to classification as oxidising according to Directive 67/548 EEC or Regulation 1272/2008/EC.
