The residues of P101/04 in all of the analysed specimens in winter wheat were below the limit of quantitation.

The residues of P101/04 in winter rape at BBCH 51 - 62 (0 DALA) were 0.010 - 0.020 mg/kg. They increased to 0.014 - 0.058 mg/kg at BBCH 53 - 63 (6 - 12 DALA) and decreased at the subsequent two samplings to residues below the limit of quantitation.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The residues of P101/04 in all of the analysed specimens in winter wheat were below the limit of quantitation.

The residues of P101/04 in winter rape at BBCH 51 - 62 (0 DALA) were 0.010 - 0.020 mg/kg. They increased to 0.014 - 0.058 mg/kg at BBCH 53 - 63 (6 - 12 DALA) and decreased at the subsequent two samplings to residues below the limit of quantitation.
Executive summary:

During the growing season of 2005, four field trials each of winter wheat and winter rape were treated with the urease inhibitor P101/04 in Germany. Two plots were chosen at each location: Winter wheat: Plot U (control): treated twice, each time with 239 kg/ha of PI AG RAN 46 (110 kg N/ha) Plot T (treated): treated twice, each time with 239 kg/ha of P 8/05/F-2 (110 kg N/ha and 0.124 kg P101/04/ha) The first application took place at the beginning of vegetation and the second at BBCH 32. Winter rape: Plot U (control): treated twice, 1st treatment with 304 kg/ha of PIAGRAN 46 (140 kg N/ha) and 2nd treatment with 217 kg/ha of PIAGRAN 46 (100 kg N/ha) Plot T (treated): treated twice, 1st treatment with 304 kg/ha of P 8/05/F-2 (140 kg N/ha and 0.158 kg P101/04/ha) and 2nd treatment with 217 kg/ha of P 8/05/F-2 (100 kg N/ha and 0.113 kg P101/04/ha) The first application took place at the end of March and the second one 3 - 4 weeks after the 1st application.

No residues of P101/04 above the limit of quantitation were found in any of the ntreated specimens.
