Description of key information

The test substance Scentaurus Berry (Scentaurus Damascone, GR-87-0307) is not readily biodegradable.


 


Key study No. 18 -E105, OECD 301F, GLP, Klimisch 2:


GR-87-0307 undergoes 6% biodegradation after 28 days (12% biodegradation after 40 day) in the test conditions.


 


Supporting study No. 17 -E301/P, non GLP, Klimisch 2:


GR-87-0307 undergoes 8% biodegradation after 28 days (9% biodegradation after 34 days) in the test conditions.


 


Supporting study No. S2017NC104 -03, OECD 301F, GLP, Klimisch 2:


Under the valid test conditions, biodegradation of the test substance (Scentaurus Damascone) was 7.62% at the end of the 28-day study.


 


Supporting study No. A190310, OECD 301C, GLP, Klimisch 2:


It is concluded that the test substance is not readily biodegradable and no transformation product is generated under the conditions of this test.
