Hydrolysis, biodegradation screening test and adsorption coefficient were determined experimentally. The substance is expected
to hydrolyse rapidly in physiological conditions to produce triisopropyl silanol and acrylic acid. The substance is not considered to be readily biodegradable. The log Koc value suggests that the adsorption of the substance is not considered to be extremely high in the terrestrial environment.
