Toxicity to fish, aquatic invertebrates, and algae:

Experimental data with freshwater invertebrates and algae, as well as QSAR results for fish, exhibit moderate to high (LC50 >0.1 <=10 mg/L) acute aquatic toxicity, and chronic toxicity >0.01 mg/L. This supporting QSAR information was calculated using the target lipid model (TLM) (McGrath et al., 2015). Validity and applicability of the QSAR are described in a document attached as background material to the QSAR endpoint study record.   Measured data demonstrate that the QSAR estimations accurately predict aquatic effects from short and long-term continuous exposure to the registered substance (as is obtained under test conditions).

Toxicity to microorganisms:

Results from an aerobic respiration study, using an activated sludge inoculum, suggests that the registered substance would not produce effects to aquatic micro-organisms.
