Overall mean sample TOC = 0.56 mg/L

Table 2 presents a summary of the results of the total dissolved organic carbon analysis for test item and shows a mean value of 0.56 mg/L. This is equivalent to a test item concentration of 0.74 mg/L, based on a carbon content for the test material of 75% w/w (the relative ratios of components 1,2 and 3 (see Section 3) are 100:60:40). As values of the same order were found in control samples, this is considered to be an upper estimate of water solubility.

Conclusions:
The solubility determined by TOC analyser is 0.74 mg/L at 20ºC.
Executive summary:

Water solubility was determined in accordance with EEC Method A6 and OECD method 105 using the flask shake method.

The solubility determined by TOC analyser is 0.74 mg/L at 20ºC.
