Additional information

The acute toxicity of N-benzylethylenediamine was studied according to OECD 202 under GLP (BASF SE, 2019; report no. 50E0503/17X374). The test species was Daphnia magna. The test conditions were static. Test concentrations were analytically verified and remained stable over the exposure period of 48 h (80 -120% of nominal values). All validity criteria were met. The 48 -h EC50 was determined to be 32.0 mg/L (95% CL: 19.0 -43.2 mg/L; nominal). It can be concluded that the substance is acutely harmful to aquatic invertebrates.
