Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Three portions of the test sample of about 25 mg each were mixed with about 30 ml of n-octanol each. The n-octanol is saturated with the test substance by mixing vigorously in an ultrasonic bath. The mixture is decanted, filtered through a Millipore filter and made up to 50 ml volume in a volumetric flask, using n-octanol.

10 ml portions of the solutions are mixed with water according to OECD method no. 107.

After partition, the content of test substance is determined in the aqueous and organic layer by ion pair HPLC using UV/VIS-detection. Each sample was analyzed twice.
The test item had the following results for the partition coefficient test Pow, = 0.0073; log Pow = -2.13
