There are no long-term studies on this substance, the acute data include fish 96h LC50 of 24.49 mg/L, daphnia 48h EC50 of 54.6 mg/L, and algae 72h EC50 of 20 mg/L and NOEC of 3.51 mg/L. And this substance is not readily biodegradable.

Therefore in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 (amendment 286/2011) Table 4.1.0, this substance should be classified as Category Chronic 3 for aquatic environment endpoint.
