Classification according to CLP
According to the compiled data above, neither short-term toxicity towards aquatic freshwater organisms of all three trophic levels (fish, aquatic invertebrates and algae) nor long-term toxicity to aquatic algae was observed up to the limit of the water solubility of the test substance. Furthermore, the substance is not readily biodegradable and a bioaccumulation potential cannot be excluded at present. Therefore, the substance is classified and labelled as aquatic Chronic 4 (H413) for environmental hazards based on self-classification as well as on the Harmonised classification (Annex VI), according to the consolidated version of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (dated: 01.01.2017) and further amendments (ATPs).
Information on Registered Substances comes from registration dossiers which have been assigned a registration number. The assignment of a registration number does however not guarantee that the information in the dossier is correct or that the dossier is compliant with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (the REACH Regulation).
