Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

QSAR results have shown that have predicted partition coefficient are 5.1 Pa and 6.09 for Sodium 4-[(hexadecylamino)carbonyl]benzoate and Sodium 4-[(octadecylamino)carbonyl]benzoate, respectively.

Additional information

Sodium 4-[(C16-18-(even numbered)-alkylamino)carbonyl]benzoate, has two main components, Sodium 4-[(hexadecylamino)carbonyl]benzoate and Sodium 4-[(octadecylamino)carbonyl]benzoate. The partition coefficients of the components could not be determined as they have insufficient solubility in octanol and water. Therefore, Sodium 4-[(C16-18-(even numbered)-alkylamino)carbonyl]benzoate cannot be tested for partition coefficient. QSAR estimates for partition coefficient are provided for each structure instead.
