Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

In six Klimisch 1 and 2 oral studies and four Klimisch 1 and dermal studies no rats died in the acute limit tests. In the oral studies some of the rats displayed clinical signs of toxicity, but all had recovered before the end of the 14 day observation period. Most of the rats in the dermal studies showed no signs at all and the remaining that did also recovered by the end of the observation period. The limits tested for the oral studies was between 2000 and 10000 mg/kg and the limits tested in the dermal were between 400 and 2000 mg/kg.
