1 (reliable without restriction)
Rationale for reliability incl. deficiencies:
comparable to guideline study
Qualifier:
according to guideline
Guideline:
other: Innospec SOP TM015 Revision: 3 “Flashpoint”
GLP compliance:
no
Type of method:
closed cup
Flash point apparatus:
Setaflash apparatus
Specific details on test material used for the study:
Testing was performed on a `dried` aliquot of the Test Item with the residual solvent removed. This was achieved, by first combing the three batches of the Test Item in an evaporating dish. The evaporating dish was then placed on a hotplate set to 130oC, under a stream of nitrogen.

Solvent removal was confirmed by Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) of the combined Test Item samples
