Administrative data
First-aid measures
General advice:
Remove soiled or soaked clothing immediately.
If someone exposed to the product feels unwell, contact a doctor and show this safety data sheet.
Adhere to personal protective measures when giving first aid.
If inhaled:
Remove the casualty into fresh air and keep him calm.
Call in a physician immediately and show him the Safety Data Sheet.
In case of skin contact:
In case of contact with skin wash off immediately with polyethylene glycol 400, then with plenty of water.
If polyethylene glycol is not available, rinse of with plenty of water.
Consult a doctor if skin irritation persists.
In case of eye contact:
Rinse immediately with gently running water for 15 minutes, maintaining eyelids open. Consult at once an ophthalmologist or a physician.
If swallowed:
Call in a physician immediately and show him the Safety Data Sheet.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media:
Water spray, Foam, Dry powder, Carbon dioxide (CO2)
Specific hazards during firefighting:
In case of fires, hazardous combustion gases are formed: Hydrogen chloride (HCl), Sulphur dioxide (SO2), Carbon monoxide (CO)
Special protective equipment for firefighters:
Impermeable protective clothing (jacket and trousers) with helmet. Use self-contained breathing apparatus

Fire residues and contaminated firefighting water must be disposed of in accordance with the local regulations.

Environmental precautions:
Do not allow entry to drains,water courses or soil.
Methods for cleaning up:
Take up with suitable equipment and if necessary collect in closed containers. Avoid raising dust.
Containers in which spilt substance has been collected must be adequately labelled.
Clean contaminated floors and objects thoroughly, observing environmental regulations.
Handling and storage
Advice on safe handling:
Preferably handle in closed system. Avoid dust formation. Avoid spilling, spraying or splashing. Use o
nly in well ventilated areas. Do not breathe dust. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing.
Advice on protection against fire and explosion:
Organic products which are intentionally or unintentionally in powdered form have, in principle, the
possibility of creating a dust explosion hazard. Avoid impact, friction and accumulation of electrostatic
charge. Keep away from sources of ignition - refrain from smoking.
Hygiene measures:
At work do not eat, drink, smoke or take drugs. Keep away from foodstuffs and beverages. Wash
hands before breaks and after work. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Remove soiled or
soaked clothing immediately and clean thoroughly before using again. Garments that cannot be
cleaned must be destroyed (burnt). Use barrier skin cream.
Requirements for storage areas and containers:
Keep only in the original container.
Further information on storage conditions:
Keep container tightly closed and dry in a cool, well-ventilated place.
Advice on common storage:
Do not store or transport together with foodstuff.

Exposure controls / personal protection
During the whole lifecycle all neccessary measures in accordance to Art. 17/18(4) of REACH legislation are undertaken to minimise emissions and any resulting exposure.
Stability and reactivity
No decomposition if stored and applied as directed.
When handled and stored appropriately no dangerous reactions are known.
Avoid contact with oxidizing agents.
Disposal considerations
Product: Special waste incineration plant, after consultation with operators.
Contaminated packaging: Packaging that cannot be cleaned should be disposed of as product waste.
