* The pressurizing-expansion cycles are performed until 5 subsequent volume measurements have a relative standard deviation (RSD) of ≤ 0.2 %.

The mean density of the test item at 20 °C is 1.4889 g/cm³. The relative density D420is calculated by dividing the density of the test item by the density of water at 4 °C (0.9999750 g/cm³).
