Key result
Melting / freezing pt.:
>= 90 - <= 120 °C
Atm. press.:
ca. 1 013.3 hPa
Decomposition:
yes
Remarks:
After melting, decomposition started
Remarks on result:
other: Exact melting point could not be determined

Two DSC measurements with a heating rate of 10 K/min showed an endothermal effect (melting) in the temperature range of 90 to 120 °C. The second measurement was terminated at 150 °C to ensure that the endothermal effect is the melting effect.

The results of the DSC measurements are shown below:

Conclusions:
The test item had a melting range of 90 to 120 °C. After melting, decomposition began.
Executive summary:

The melting point / melting range of the test item was determined by DSC measurement according to OECD 102. The test item had a melting range of 90 to 120 °C under atmospheric conditions. After the melting range, decomposition of the sample was observed.

Description of key information

The melting point / melting range of the test item was determined by DSC measurement according to OECD 102. The test item had a melting range of 90 to 120 °C under atmospheric conditions. After the melting range, decomposition of the sample was observed.
