First-aid measures
SKIN:
After contact with skin, wash with generous quantities of running water. Gently and thoroughly wash affected area with running water and nonabrasive soap. Cool water may be used. Cover the affected area with emollient. Seek medical attention. Wash any contaminated clothing prior to reusing.
EYE CONTACT:
Check for and remove any contact lenses. Immediately flush eyes with clean, running water for at least 15 minutes while keeping eyes open. Cool water may be used. Seek medical attention.
INHALATION:
Remove the victim from the soruce of exposure to fresh, uncontamianted air. If victim's breathing is difficult, administer oxygen. Seek medical attention.
INGESTION:
Do NOT induce vomiting. Give water to victim to drink. Seek medical attention.
Fire-fighting measures
SUITABLE EXTINGUISHING MEDIA:
Carbon dioxide, dry chemical powder, alcohol or polymer foam.
PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING:
Wear self-contained breathing apparatus and protective clothing to prevent contact with skin and eyes.
Accidental release measures
PERSONNEL PRECAUTIONS:
Wear appropriate respirator, impervious boots, heavy rubber protective (or otherwise impervious) gloves, goggles and suitable protective clothing.
ENVIRONMENTAL PRECAUTIONS:
Avoid release into the environment.
SPILLAGES:
Scoop up solid material or absorb liquid mateiral and place in a sealed container for disposal. Ventilate area and wash affected spill site after material pick up is complete.
Handling and storage
HANDLING:
Do not breathe dust or vapour. Have safety shower and eye wash available. Do not get in eyes, on skin or on clothing. Keep cotnainer tightly closed.
STORAGE:
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Ensure adequate ventilation during use. Use only in a chemical fume hood.

Exposure controls / personal protection
ENGINEERING CONTROL MEASURES:
Mechanical exhaust, safety shower and eye bath required.
RESPIRATORY PROTECTION:
CE/NIOSH/NSHA approved respirator EN 136,filter EN 141
HAND PROTECTION:
Chemical resistant Impervious gloves.
EYE PROTECTION:
Approved safety goggles.
BODY PROTECTION:
Protective clothing and chemical resistant boots.
Ensure ventialtion during use. After contact with skin, wash immediately.
Stability and reactivity
INCOMPATIBILITIES:
Strong oxidizing agents, strong acids and bases.
HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS:
Carbon, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, Bromine, hydrogen bromide.
Disposal considerations
In the the absence of other actions demanded by federal or local regulations - dissolve or mix the material with a combustible solvent and burn in a regulated, chemical incinerator equipped with after burner and scrubber. Observer all federal, state adn local laws.
