Reference
In both the tests started at 10°C and the test started at -20°C, no flammable vapour/air mixture was produced up to the temperature at which a pressure error due to boiling of the test item occurred. The test item has no flash point below the boiling point.
Description of key information
The closed cup method was applied for the determination of the flash-point of 1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-tridecafluorohexane. No flash-point was observed.

A GLP-compliant study, conducted according to ASTM Guideline D93 (closed cup method) was provided for 1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-tridecafluorohexane (Charles River Laboratories Den Bosch BV., 2016a).
