Details on results:
The concentration of the different test solutions were calculated automatically using the equation of the celebrative curve. The results mentioned table 1 of results section. The analytical results showed in table 2 of the below results section. Due to an accumulation of the polar components of the mixture, it was integrated over all peaks (tR: 10.0 – 20.0 min). The pH value of the sample solution was 2.04 (1.92, 2.00) after 24 (48, 72) h of incubation. The water solubility determined at 20°C.

Conclusions:
Under the study conditions, the water solubility of the substance was determined to be 881.9 ± 21 mg/L at 20°C and pH 2.04.

Executive summary:

A study was conducted to determine the water solubility of the test substance according to OECD Guideline 105. The test substance 310 mg suspended in 20 mL in deionised water and stirred in heated water bath at 30oC for 24, 48 and 72 h. After the addition of the test substance, the mixtures were shaken or allowed to stand for 24 h. After incubation, the sample suspensions were cooled at 20°C and kept at this temperature for 24 h without stirring. Afterwards, the cloudy solutions were filtered, 1 mL of the clear water phases were transferred in 25 mL volumetric flasks, topped up to the mark with methanol and analysed accordingly. Under the study conditions, the water solubility of the substance was determined to be 881.9 ± 21 mg/L at 20°C and pH 2.04 (Schwarzkopf, 2016).
