The autoignition temperature of Ethyl 2-methylbutyrate has been determined to be 407°C.

Time lag to auto-ignition (s): 8

Barometric pressure (kPa): 101.2

Sample quantity (µl): 150

 

Comments: No cool flames were observed. The sample ignited with a clean burning, deep blue / orange flame.
