Description of key information

Bacillolysin was not tested for biodegradation, however, enzymes from different classes among those also subtilisin belonging to the same subclass as sedolisin - were tested under OECD guideline 301. All enzymes including subtilisin are considered to be readily biodegradable according to OECD 301.

Hence, bacillolysin is also considered to be readily biodegradable.
