Conclusions:
Since the burning times for both the 4:1 w/w and 1:1 w/w test item:cellulose mixtures were greater than that of the 3:2 w/w mixture of potassium bromate and cellulose, but the burning time for the 4:1 w/w mixture was less than that of the 2:3 w/w reference mixture, the test item is classified as an oxidizer of packing group II.
Executive summary:

The purpose of this study was to examine the oxidising properties of the test substance. The study was conducted in accordance with accepted principles in order to meet the requirements of REACH Regulation (EU) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, Manual of Tests and Criteria, UN 2009 (Test O.1, Section 34.4.1). The test substance was found to be an oxidiser of packing group II.
