Description of key information

Stability

The substance was found to be stable at pH 4 in a study conducted according to EU Method C.7. The half-life at 25 °C has been estimated with 3330 h and 49.6 h at pH 7 and pH 9, respectively.

Biodegradation

The substance was determined to be readily biodegradable in a study conducted according to OECD 301 B.

Transport and distribution

Adsorption / desorption:

In accordance with REACH Annex VIII, the adsorption/desorption study does not need to be conducted because the substance is readily biodegradable.

Henry´s Law constant:

The Henry's law constant was calculated to be 0.021 Pa m3/mol indicates a negligible potential for votalization of the substance from the water phase to the atmospheric compartment.
