Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Water solubility could be tested according to the following method:OECD Guidelines for the Testing of Chemicals, Method No. 105, adopted on 27th July 1995: “Water Solubility”.
The method can be summarized as following: excessive sample is put in water at 30℃, when saturation is achieved, the mixture is cooled and kept at 20℃. Then test the mass concentration of the target analyte in the aqueous solution as the water solubility.
The method requires that the target analyte shall be tested accurately, but our laboratory does not own the bility to test Titanium tungsten carbide in aqueous solution; therefore analysis to the water solubility could not be performed.
