All work processes must always be designed so that the following is excluded: Inhalation of dust/particles, skin contact, eye contact, generation/formation of dust. Only use the material in places where open light, fire and other flammable sources can be kept away. After use replace the closing cap immediately. Wear personal protection equipment. (see Exposure controls/personal protection). Use only in well-ventilated areas.

Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking. Dust can form an explosive mixture with air. Take precautionary measures against static discharges.

Hand protection: The quality of the protective gloves resistant to chemicals must be chosen as a function of the specific working place concentration and quantity of hazardous substances.

Remark : For special purposes, it is recommended to check the resistance to chemicals of the protective gloves mentioned above together with the supplier of these gloves.
Body protection:For the protection against direct skin contact, body protective clothing is essential (in addition to the usual working clothes).
Suitable protective clothing : Overall.
Required properties : Antistatic.
Remark : Only wear fitting, comfortable and clean protective clothing. Barrier creams are not substitutes for body protection.
Respiratory protection: If technical exhaust or ventilation measures are not possible or insufficient, respiratory protection must be worn. Respiratory protection necessary at: exceeding exposure limit values, handling larger quantities, dust formation.
Remark: The filter class must be suitable for the maximum contaminant concentration (gas/vapour/aerosol/particulates) that may arise when handling the product. If the concentration is exceeded, self-contained breathing apparatus must be used.
General health and safety measures: Wash hands before breaks and after work. When using do not eat, drink, smoke, sniff. Wash contaminated clothing prior to re-use. Thorough skin-cleansing after handling the product.
