Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Interpretation of results:
- other: not classified under CLP/GHS
- Conclusions:
- The substance has no oxidizing properties.
- Executive summary:
In a GLP study according to EC A.21 and UN Test O.2, it was determined that the substance has no oxidizing properties. The 1:1 (by mass) mixture of the substance and cellulose was observed to have a mean pressure rise time greater than that of a 1:1 (by mass) mixture of 65% nitric acid and cellulose.
