Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
After inhalation
Let in fresh air. Irregular breathing/no breathing: artificial respiration.
After skin contact
Wash away with soap and water and rinse. Immediately remove all contaminated clothing.
After eye contact
Flush with plenty of water (10 - 15 min.). Call a physician.
After ingestion
Rinse mouth with cold water. Call a physician.
Fire-fighting measures
Special protective equipment
When extinguishing fires, use breathing apparatus with an independent source of air.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions
Avoid dust development. Provide for sufficient ventilation.
Environmental precautions
Do not empty into drains.
Methods for cleaning up/collecting
Remove mechanically, take-up residues with absorbing material.
Handling and storage
Information for safe handling
Normal precautions taken when handling chemicals should be observed. Prevent the creation of flammable or explosive
concentrations of dust in air and avoid dust concentration higher than the OEL (=Occupational Exposure Limit).
Information about protection against explosions and fires
Keep away from ignition sources - No smoking. Take precautionary measures against static discharges.
Requirements to be met by storerooms and containers
Store containers tightly closed in a cool well ventilated place.

Additional transport information
Additional information
- Special provisions / remarks / other:
- No dangerous good in sense of transport regulation.
Exposure controls / personal protection
General protective and hygiene measures
The usual precautionary measures for the handling of chemicals have to be observed. Wash hands before breaks and after
work. Immediately remove all contaminated clothing.
Respiratory protection
Combination filter mask A2 - P2 for short-term work.
Hand protection
Wear protective gloves from nitril or neoprene.
Eye protection
Use safety glasses.
Stability and reactivity
Conditions to avoid
Stable under recommended storage and handling conditions
Materials to avoid
Keep away from oxidizing agents, strongly alkaline and strongly acid materials in order to avoid exothermic reactions.
Hazardous decomposition products
When exposed to high temperatures may produce hazardous decomposition products such as carbon monoxide and dioxide,
smoke, oxides of nitrogen.
Disposal considerations
In accordance with local official regulations. Remove in accordance with regulations. Waste code (91/689/EEC) : 07 01 99
