In case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately (show the label where possible).Skin Contact: Remove contaminated clothing. Rinse contaminated skin immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.Eye Contact: Immediately rinse eyes thoroughly with running water as long as possible (approx. 15 min). Fire-fighting measures

Suitable Extinguishing Media: Water spray or fog Foam Fire-extinguishing powder carbon dioxide (CO2)Unsuitable Extinguishing Media: High volume water jetDangerous Combustion Products: carbon oxides, nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides, Hydrofluoric acid (hydrogen fluoride), hydrogen bromideAdvice for firefighters - Protective equipment for firefighters: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus and fire protective suite

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions Wear chemical resistant protective suite. Avoid contact with the skin and the eyes. Keep away unprotected persons.Environmental precautions: Do not release on the soil or into drains. Methods for cleaning Wash away remains with plenty of water. Keep in suitable, closed containers for disposal. Transfer or pump large quantities into a container.

Handling and storage

Take precautionary measures against static discharges. Avoid formation of dust. Keep away from sources of ignition. Observe the usual precautionary measures required for chemicals with dust explosive properties (Observe national regulations).

Exposure controls / personal protection

Industrial Hygiene The personal protective measure may be adapted appropriately when working in closed systems or under laboratory conditions.Regular cleaning of equipment, work area and clothing. Open handling at operator intervention points with local exhaust ventilation (e.g. downflow booths).Internal working procedures available to personnel covering personal hygiene, standard cleaning, waste disposal and maintenance.Personnel instructed and trained, regular refresher training established.Double wardrobe must be available.Open Handling Respiration : Disposable fine dust protection mask (EN149) or reusable halfmask (EN140)Filter : P3 (EN143)Eye : Safety glasses (EN166)Hand : Normal length chemical-mechanical resistant gloves (EN374/EN388)Glove Material : NitrileBreakthrough time: 240 minThickness: 0.4 mmAdditional protection : working clothes (EN 340)

Stability and reactivity

Substance is stable at normal condition. Take precautionary measures against static discharges. Observe the usual precautionary measures required for the safe handling of organic liquids. Materials to avoid: oxidants.

Disposal considerations

Waste substance: Incineration in an approved, controlled furnace with combustion gas scrubbing and emission gas control.Disposal Empty containers can be disposed or re-used after cleaning, when in compliance with the environmental regulations (Duty of Care). For disposal local regulation is binding.
