Description of key information

The Half-life in air is short because of the reaction with hydroxyl radicals and is estimated with AOPWIN to be 1.1 hours.

In the aqueous phase hydrolysis showed half lives of 2.9, 3.4, 2.4 and 0.3 h at pH 9.2, 7.5, 4.0 and 2.2 respectively at 37°C (derived via read across).

The value at pH 7.5 (3.4 hours) is considered relevant for the aquatic environment.
