Conclusion on classification

According to Regulation (EU) No 286/2011, the test substance was classified as "Very toxic to aquatic life" (Acute 1; H400) with an M-factor of 1 and  "Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects" (Chronic 2; H411) based on the lowest relevant effect concentrations available (LC50= 1.90 mg/L for fish and EC10= 0.43 mg/L for algae) and the test substance having a log Kow > 4 as well as the test substance not being readily biodegradable.
