Description of key information
The log partition coefficients for the rosin ester substances range from 2.44 - >6.5.
In unbuffered media, a partition coefficient range of 4.7 to 5.8 was determined for Resin Acids and Rosin Acids, hydrogenated esters with glycerol.

One GLP-compliant study, conducted according to OECD Method 117, was provided for Resin acids and rosin acids, hydrogenated, esters with glycerol (Inveresk Research., 2003a). A supporting study conducted according to EU Method A.8 (Chilworth Technology Ltd., 2010a) was also provided.
