Weissenfeld (2006) is a GLP-compliant guideline study with some deviations due to the nature of the test substance. The organic part of eluent was upgraded from 75% to 100% after 60 minutes as the test substance had not eluted from the column. The log Kow is derived as far greater than the 6.5 of the reference substance, eluted in17 minutes from a 75% organic part eluent. The study is considered reliable and suitable for use for this endpoint.
