Based on a log Kow = -0.8 it can be stated that the bio-accumulation / bioconcentration potential is low both in fish and in mammals. As TGIC is metabolized by epoxide hydrolase to form the respective alcohols, glucuronidation or sulfation or direct excretion is most likely leading to a rapid turn-over in the organism.

Thus, no such studies are required.
