The water solubility determination of test item [8-[(4-amino-3-nitrophenyl)azo]-7-hydroxy-2-naphthyl]trimethylammonium chloride;CAS No.68391-32-2 was done by spectrophotometric method. The water solubility was determined to be 7141.2 mg/L at 28°C.
The water solubility determination of test item [8-[(4-amino-3-nitrophenyl)azo]-7-hydroxy-2-naphthyl]trimethylammonium chloride;CAS No.68391-32-2 was done by spectrophotometric method. The water solubility was determined to be 7141.2 mg/L at 28°C.Based on the above value,it can be concluded that the test chemical is very soluble in water
Other supporting studies from review article also suggests that the water solubility value of chemical (8-((4-Amino-3-nitrophenyl)azo)-7-hydroxy-2-naphthyl)trimethylamm- onium chloride was determined to be in the range of 10000 mg/L to 100000 mg/L at room temperature.
As the data from lab has K1 reliability and the test was performed using standard methods of analysis which has the value of water solubility as 7141.2 mg/L at 28 degree C ,thus considered as key study for the chemical safety assessment
