Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The log Pow of the test item is estimated to be 0.07 at a pH of 8.87 for the aqueous phase.
Executive summary:

The n-octanol/water partition coefficient has been tested according to EU study guideline A.8. As the substance is surface active, the partition coefficient has been estimated based on the individual n-octanol and water solubilities, determined by UV spectrophotometer. The log Pow is found to be 0.07 at a pH of 8.87 for the aqueous phase.
