Classification justification according to CLP:

Based on the available data, Fatty acid, tall oil compd. with oleylamine is considered to be not biodegradable and has low to moderated potential for bioaccumulation. The short-term aquatic toxicity L(E)C50s are in a range of 26.8- >100 mg/L for fish, invertebrates and algae. Valid long-term toxicity data are available for algae and daphnia showing an EC10/NOEC in the range of 9.73 - >10 mg/L. Thus, the substance has not to be classified and labeled according to the Regulation (EC) No.1272/2008 (CLP) and the Regulation (EU) No. 286/2011 (2nd ATP).
