Description of key information

One GLP OECD Guideline 202 Daphnia sp. acute Immobilisation study is available. 1,3-Dioxolane was tested at the nominal concentrations of 250, 500 and 1000 mg/L. The immobility at test concentrations was about the same level and below 50%. The determined LC50 value of > 772 mg/L does not result in classification for aquatic toxicity.
