Description of key information

Study of this endpoint is waived in accordance with column 2 of Annex IX, 9.2.3. MMVF note Q fibres are inorganic with low potential for crossing biological membranes. The leached species from the MMVF note Q fibres are all inorganic ions, which will not pass into lipid phase. It is evaluated that MMVF note Q fibres have very low potential to accumulate in aquatic species and sediment dwelling organisms.

Key value for chemical safety assessment
