Description of key information

Waiving of new study:
The surface tension of trimethylolpropane has been determined experimentally to be 71 mN/m at 20 °C (Perstorp, 2010), which is comparable to the value for water. Surface activity is not a desired property of the material. A new study does not need to be conducted.
