Additional information

Acute toxicity to fresh water fish has been investigated with a number of species. In rainbow trout, under flow through conditions, the 96 hour LC50 was 12 mg/L and the NOEC was 1.9 mg/L. In bluegill, under flow through conditions, the 96 hour LC50 was 22 mg/L and the NOEC was <3.3 mg/L. In fathead minnmow, under both static and flow through conditions, the 96 hour LC50 was 17 mg/L and the NOEC was 3.0 mg/L or less

Acute toxicity to fish has also been investigated in a marine species, sheephead minnow, under flow through conditions. The 96 hour LC50 was 29 mg/L and the NOEC was 10 mg/L.
