Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The flash point was 172ºC ±0.2ºC
Executive summary:

The flash point is the lowest temperature, corrected to a pressure of 101,3 kPa, at which application of an ignition source causes the vapors of a specimen of the sample to ignite momentarily under specified conditions of the test. The lid of the test chamber is regulated to a temperature at least 18ºC below the expected flash point. 1ml of a sample is introduced into the sample cup, ensuring that sample and cup are at a temperature at least 18ºC below the expected flash point, cooling if necessary. The flash point was 172ºC ±0.2ºC.
