RS-Freetext:
At the lowest dose level, no clinical signs were noted. Higher dose  levels revealed behavioural, respiratory and motility disorders. Some  animals exhibited a narcosis-like state and lying on side or stomach.  Signs were noted between 18 min (high dose levels) and 2 hours at lower  doses following administration.
Upon necropsy in dead animals distended, pathy lungs, patchy livers,  kidneys and spleens were noted. Sacrificed animals showed no gross  changes in organs.
Mortalities occurred at 315 mg/kg and above within 2 days.
Mortality: 315 mg, 2/10; 400 mg, 7/10; 500 mg, 9/10
