Additional information

The adsorption potential of ‘N,N-dimethylacrylamide’was measured under GLP conditions according to OECD Guideline 121 (Estimation of the Adsorption Coefficient using High Performance Liquid Chromatography) [BASF SE, 2012]. As the retention time of the test item peak was below the one of the reference substance acetanilide (log Koc = 1.25), it can be concluded that the log Koc of ‘N,N-dimethylacrylamide’ is < 1.25. This result is supported by a QSAR calculation with the program SRC KOCWIN v3.20, which resulted in a log Koc value of 0.81 [BASF SE, 2012].
