- La NOAEC pour la toxicité maternelle et pour le développement est de 166 mg / kg pc en Al (OH) 3 et de 57,5 en Al
- Executive summary:
L'influence du lactate sur la toxicité potentielle pour le développement de fortes doses d'aluminium (57,5 mg / kg / jour) a été évaluée.
Trois groupes de souris suisses gestantes ont reçu par gavage des doses quotidiennes d'Al (OH) 3 (166 mg / kg), de lactate d'aluminium (627 mg / kg) ou d'Al (OH) 3 (166 mg / kg) simultanément avec de l'acide lactique (570 mg / kg) les jours de gestation 6-15. Un groupe supplémentaire de souris gravides a reçu de l'acide lactique (570 mg / kg) pendant la même période. Les césariennes ont été pratiquées le jour de la gestation 18 et les fœtus vivants ont été sexés, pesés et examinés pour déceler des anomalies morphologiques. Une toxicité maternelle a été observée dans les groupes traités avec le lactate d'aluminium et Al (OH) 3 en même temps que l'acide lactique. Les données sur la reproduction n'ont montré aucun effet embryotoxique chez aucun groupe, alors que le poids corporel du fœtus était significativement réduit dans le groupe des lactates d'aluminium. Dans ce groupe, les changements morphologiques comprennent une fente palatine et une augmentation de l'incidence des pariétaux avec ossification retardée. Bien que statistiquement non significatif, l'incidence des variations squelettiques était également augmentée dans le groupe recevant Al (OH) 3 en même temps que l'acide lactique.
Pris ensemble, les données actuelles, ainsi que les résultats d'études antérieures, suggèrent fortement que la consommation de fortes doses de composés contenant de l'aluminium devrait être évitée pendant la grossesse.
