The highest test concentration, 100 mg test substance/l, was prepared in M4 medium and stirred for approx. 20 hours. Subsequently, the test solution was centrifuged at 17700 G for 20 minutes. Following this, serial dilutions of the aqeous extract (eluate) were prepared in order to obtain the desired test concentrations.
