Description of key information

In a GLP study in accordance with EC test method A.3 and OECD Guideline 109, the density of lanthanum (3+) acetate was determined to be 2.02 g/mL at 21.6 ± 0.5 °C, applying the gas comparison pycnometer method (Fox, 2012).

The influence of a slightly deviating test temperature (21.6°C instead of 20°C) is not considered significant for this solid substance.
