Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Conclusion on classification
The substance is an organic multi constituent substance. It is a hydrophilic substance.
The Log Kow < 0, indicates a low potential for bioaccumulation which is proposed to be used as a BCF data is lacking.
The short-term toxicity of submission substance to aquatic organisms was investigated according to OECD guidelines. The following toxicity values are available for the substance:
Fish Acute: 96h-LC50 > 100 mg/L (based on nominal concentration)
Aquatic invertebrates: 48h-EC50 > 100 mg/L (based on nominal concentration)
Algae: 72h-EC50 > 100 mg/L NOEC >=100 mg/L (based on nominal concentration)
The long-term toxicity of submission substance to aquatic organisms was not investigated. Thus, there are no adequate chronic toxicity data available.
The degradation of the substance was investigated according to OECD Guidelines:
The substance was found stable to hydrolysis.
Several biodegradability studies were performed according to OECD guidelines (OECD 301 B and OECD 310) could not demonstrate that the test substance was readily biodegradable with biodegradation rates range from 1% (negligible) to 24% after 28 days.
There is no evidence of rapid degradation in aquatic system in the dataset.
Information on bioaccumulation potential of the submission substance:
No fish BCF is available. Log kow < 0 indicates a low potential for bioaccumulation.
CLP Classification proposal
It is proposed to compare submission substance dataset to CLP environmental criteria laid down in CLP Regulation (including 2nd Adaptation to Technical Progress, Com Reg No 286/2011).
Acute aquatic hazard: not classified. Reasoning: lowest E(L) C50 higher than 100 mg/L, not rapidly degradable substance but hydrophilic substance with Log Kow < 0.
Acute aquatic hazard: not classified. Reasoning: lowest E(L) C50 higher than 100 mg/L, not rapidly degradable substance but hydrophilic substance with Log Kow < 0.
DSD Classification proposal
Not classified. Reasoning: lowest E(L) C50 higher than 100 mg/L, not rapidly degradable substance but hydrophilic substance with Log Kow < 0.
