Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Two studies were available carried out according to OECD 104 and utilising 2 different batches of test item of different purity:

15 Pa at 25°C and 10 Pa at 20°C, extrapolated, OECD 104, gas saturation, Weissenfeld

24 Pa at 25°C and 15 Pa at 20°C, extrapolated, OECD 104, vapour balance, O'Connor

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
15 Pa
at the temperature of:
20 °C

Additional information

Test substance used by Weissenfeld had a slightly higher purity. Both studies have been conducted according to the relevant guideline(s) in test facilities which were certified to be in compliance with the principles of GLP (Klimisch reliability rating: 1). The higher vapour pressure of 15Pa at 20°C was selected for purposes of risk assessment and classification.
