Additional information

The short-term toxicity test to fish (Scheerbaum_2006) performed according to OECD 203 and GLP was rated with RL=1 (reliable without restrictions) and used as a key study. The results indicate that SymWhite 377 was toxic to Zebrafish after 96 hours at a nominal concentration of 5 mg/L (LOEC) and greater. The LC50 (96 hours) was 8.94 (95% CL: 5-10 mg/L) mg/L. The NOEC after 96 hours was 2.5 mg/L (nominal test substance concentration).
