The partition coefficient n-octanol/water was preliminary estimated to be very high (log P >8) which leads to the conclusion that it is not sensible to carry out the measurement by the HPLC method.
The logPow values were estimated based on fragment method using KOWWIN (v1.68) module of software EPI Suite v.4.10. The Molecular weight is within range of training and validation set.
